I’m near the A and C train, and the B13,B14,B15, and B20. •NO DEPOSIT, NO APPOINTMENT: A deposit is required to hold your spot and will be deducted from your total balance. The remaining balance is to be paid during your appointment. I accept cash, Zelle, cash app, PayPal and Apple Pay. •DROP OFFS: Drop-offs of wigs must be made at least 3 days before the appointment day. •CUSTOMIZATIONS: If you have any SINGLE specific customization inquiries (such as plucking, bleaching the knots, washing the wig) please contact / DM me and I’ll let you know the price. •LATE FEE: There is a 15 minute grace period. After 20 minutes there will be a $10 fee added onto your total. After 25 minutes, your appointment will be cancelled, and unfortunately this will forfeit your appointment. If you want to reschedule with the same deposit, let me know at least 24 hours before the appointment day. •NO CALL/NO SHOWS: This will result into you losing your appointment, as well as your deposit. No exceptions! •FEELING SICK? If you’re feeling sick up to the day of the appointment, let me know in advance so you can reschedule. You can also re-use the same deposit as long as it’s within a month from the original appointment day. *NO EXTRA GUESTS ARE ALLOWED*
